What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is the use of aromatic plant extracts and essential oils for healing and cosmetic purposes. Aromatherapy can be used for improving psychological or physical wellbeing therefore offered as a complementary therapy or as a form of alternative medicine.
What I bring to the therapy!
After a consultation, an aromatherapy blend to suit each individual is made keeping the physical and psychological needs at the time of treatment.
I recommend the oils are left on the skin for 3-4 hours after the session as the oils enter our blood stream approximately 90 minutes after application.
I also make blends that clients can take away for use.

What does the receiver bring to the therapy?
The receiver comes with the intention of addressing the areas they want to work on, and if it is general relaxation then the therapy and essential oils are created with that intention.
